During our trip, this place delivered the finest steak Fiorentina I’ve had anywhere in Tuscany. The quality of the meat and the execution were impeccable, and their wine selection paired beautifully with each course. The warm and inviting ambience added to the evening, and the hosts were truly amazing—attentive without being intrusive. We started with a cold cuts board featuring a fantastic tartare that was to die for, and it only got better from there. The most amazing, authentic Italian restaurant. The food is honestly incredible and the waitress/owner is absolutely lovely. She was so warm, loving and happy and her passion for food was evident. She even translated the menu, item by item, line by line so we can understand it in English. The best restaurant I have ever been too globally. You need to come and have the delicious food on the menu. Everything was finger licking!! Highly recommend! The chefs even came out to make sure we were happy with our meals. 😍😍Authentic italian restaurant. The waitress/owner are super kind. They explained all the types of meat to us being super patients. The service definitely was fantastic. The quality and preparation of Florentine meat is brutal. Highly recommend.

We had the most amazing night! The staff was incredibly friendly and skilled. We were welcomed like we were old friends. They have a lovely little terrace where mostly locals like to come and eat Florentine steak. In no time the place was full! We had the last available table when we arrived at 19:30 (opening time). The Florentine steak was out of this world. They have a great selection and are happy to tell you about the different options and cuts. It was cooked to perfection. An absolutely mouth-watering meal! We ordered it with potato’s, nice and crunchy and with garlic and sage. Absolutely amazing. Would recommend 100% and we’ll definitely go back! Thank you to the amazing staff :)- Servizio

We had the best experience at this lovely little restaurant. The staff (which consisted of a young man and I guess his father) were friendly, happy, welcoming and very attentive. The young man kindly spoke English, as our Italian is appalling, without making us feel ignorant. The food was fresh, hand made and simply magnificent. We are here for 6 nights and I wouldn't be surprised if we ended up there every night.

We could choose the bistecca we wanted to have from his vitrine and we also had the local pasta and it was amazing. Also the spinach is to die for! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. HIDDEN GEM! We visited Roberto’s place at lunch time, on our way south. Holy cow! This is by far the best place we have been to during our holidays. We are still talking about this lunch everyday. Roberto and Paolo are the best waiters you can hope for - singing while serving, bringing wine just when they notice you’re thirsty and they will make sure you are stuffed at the end of your feast. It’s game over after this feast, so make sure to be able to get some rest afterwards.

This was amazing. The owner/butcher knows his meats and feeds you well. This was a non touristic Tuscan experience that I can't wait to return to. The big meat sampler reminded me of how Texans love their meet, this just was Tuscan style.
Amazing food, amazing staff! We were there on Sunday evening at 7.30pm and it was very quiet. The hostess was amazing, very kind and thoughtful! The food was incredible. The beef was tender and beautifully seasoned, the potato fries were unlike any fries I ever tasted. Made with sage and pepper, it was delicious.
Phenomenal food, everyone is so friendly. We had beef, pork, pasta, and desserts. If you're anywhere nearby make sure to stop in for food!

We were in our honeymoon in Italy for one month, this is the best meal we've had. We are from Brazil and we have been to Buenos Aires several times, good meat is not unknown for us...and this is one of the best meats we had in our intere life! Forget about Michelan Stars and expensive Osterias, just go there, order a bistteca, a wine and enjoy =)

Well.... It's probably the best restaurant in Toscana... Only 6-7 tables, little place and perfect cousin(pasta carbonara, meat mix, bisteka Fiorentini...) Must to visit here !!!

Vorig jaar zijn we verliefd geworden op dit waanzinnige restaurant. Daarom was de beslissing snel gemaakt om hier weer naar toe te gaan, en daarvan geen spijt!
